Ulta Construction Ltd was created in 2015. Prior construction was under the company name Vancon Holdings Ltd which has been doing construction in the lower mainland since 2008. Ulta is continuing with concrete forming and framing contracting work.

Ulta has rapidly gained a reputation for excellence thanks to the professionalism and skill of its highly specialized team of experts, which includes, among others, superintendents, foremen, and knowledgeable administrators.
